Mastering the Art of Class Planning
Focusing on EDUCATION, LEVELS + TECHNIQUE, join Emily for a workshop that covers all things class planning!
This session is designed for Pilates instructors or anyone who wants to learn about planning Pilates exercise sessions and is designed to provide knowledge and practical skills around effective, inclusive and safe class work.
With an extensive background in Exercise Science & Pilates, Emily is excited to share a wealth of knowledge on how to tailor group classes to diverse populations and clients with low risk conditions who you may find in a group Pilates class. Emily is one of our in house instructors here at Fleur Wellbeing and loves sharing a great passion for education with her clients!
This workshop will go through simple and easy to remember principles to help you plan more effective classes, interactive activities, progressions & regressions, population considerations and more!
Throughout this workshop we will enjoy some time to discuss & break down the different types of areas to consider, the why & when to implement variations & education around the body!

Barre Boogie - Monthly
Join us for this once-a-month DANCE THEMED Barre class. Think Flash Dance, 70's Disco, Hip Hop, Ballet - Each month we will choose a different theme! Check out our Instagram to see what theme is on this month and have some FUN! Class is taught by one of our professionally trained dancer instructors Emily.

Barre + Bubbles - Monthly
This fun Barre & Pilates fusion class is held once a month on a Friday evening at 5:30pm. Enjoy a 45min class followed by Bubbles to bring in the weekend Non alcoholic beverage also provided. Limited places available. Please see Mindbody for event dates. (Class is held on the last Friday of every month)

Holistic Singing group
Sing For Joy
Sing for Joy is a vocal group dedicated to connecting with our inner voices, expressing ourselves, and building meaningful bonds with one another. This holistic singing circle offers a supportive space to release stress and anxiety through singing meditations, vocal techniques, and harmonising. It's the ideal class for anyone who wants to explore the joy of singing, purely for the pleasure of it. Class is held fortnightly on Sunday’s from 11am - 12pm.
No prior experience needed - Everyone is welcome!
