Mums & Bubs Classes
Our Mums & Bubs classes are a fantastic way for you to prioritise your postnatal recovery while bonding with your bub. These classes provide a supportive and inclusive environment the focus is on gentle exercises and movements that promote core strength, flexibility, and overall well-being for both mum and baby. The exercises often incorporate elements of stretching, breathing techniques, and relaxation to help mums regain their strength and restore balance.
Please let us know if you are expecting another Bub so we can make suitable modifications.
Foundations + Strength
Mums & Bubs Pilates Sculpt
Mums + Bubs Mat Pilates SCULPT is a great class for rebuilding deep core abdominal and pelvic floor strength safely, and effectively through traditional Pilates exercises proven to get great results. We will use various Pilates small props such as Magic Circles, weights, small balls, Thera bands, foam rollers and lots more to leave you feeling stronger both mentally and physically. For this class bub will be on a mat beside you, or relaxing in the pram while you workout.
Cardio + Strength
Mums & Bubs Pilates HIIT
Mums + Bubs Mat Pilates HIIT is a full body workout combining HIIT exercises, bodyweight and Pilates style movements, designed specifically for Post Natal mums to tone and sculpt from head to toe! Bub will be happily playing on a mat beside you so feel free to bring along some toys and snacks to keep them occupied while you sweat it out and feel great!
MOBILITY + STABILITY
Mums & Bubs Pilates Flow
Mums + Bubs Mat Pilates FLOW beautifully blends together elements of Yoga + Pilates - Two complementary practices to promote relaxation whilst moving your body in a way that feels amazing! You will finish your workout feeling uplifted, mobile and strong.
This class has a nice chill vibe and is wonderful for regaining core strength, stability and mobility postpartum. For this class bub will be on a mat beside you, or relaxing in the pram while you workout.
Full-body Functional movement
Mums & Bubs TRX
Mums + Bubs TRX is a full-body functional movement program designed specifically for postnatal recovery. The TRX consists of two adjustable straps with handles that can support your body in moving safely and in a supportive way while you recover and thrive after the arrival of your baby. This functional and versatile workout can easily be modified according to your stage of recovery postpartum, by simply changing your body's position in relation to the TRX. A
As your baby grows and changes, so too will your own movements and the demands placed upon your body. Allow us to help you feel safe, supported and strong along the journey of motherhood with the TRX resistance training. For this class, Bub will enjoy watching you work out sitting/relaxing right beside you on their own mat with some toys or happily snoozing away in the pram!
MOBILITY + STABILITY
Mums & Bubs Barre Sculpt
Mums + Bubs Barre Sculpt is a Post natal Pilates & Barre fusion class to help you get back into shape in a gentle yet effective way after the arrival of your baby. Bring your Bub along, and for some of the class they will be right next to you on a mat or your preferred 'carrier' or bouncer. For the standing sections or "Barre" work, your Bub may also be in a Baby carrier and can enjoy the feeling of moving with you during your exercise routine!

We have a 9 hour cancellation policy in place for all classes. It is each client’s responsibility to login to their Mindbody account and cancel their booking if they no longer can attend their booking. Failure to cancel a booking outside of the 9 hour window will incur a loss of session or $15 late cancellation fee. No shows will also incur the same penalty. We often have people on the waitlist for classes and cancelling with plenty of notice then allows for someone else to utilise the available spot in the class.
All classes are 45-50 mins long.
Our GROUP CLASSES INCLUDE: Mat Pilates SCULPT + HIIT + FLOW, Barre HIIT + SCULPT, Stretch + Release, Prenatal Mat Pilates, Mums + Bubs classes , TRX (Anything but Reformer)
Our REFORMER PILATES classes have a maximum capacity of 6 people per class and are therefore priced differently to our "group classes".
Our casual visits, 5 visit, 10 visit and 20 visit passes do not have an expiry date.
Classes, fees, instructors, terms and conditions are subject to change. We will always give you as much notice as possible.
Please aim to arrive about 5 minutes before your scheduled class time. Each session starts with a crucial warm-up to prime your body for the workout ahead and most importantly, to minimise the risk of injury. For safety reasons, clients arriving more than 10 minutes late may not be admitted to the class.
Help us to create a calm and relaxing environment by switching your mobile phone to silent for the duration of class.
Please minimise talking during classes.
HEALTH + SAFETY IS IMPORTANT TO US
Under no circumstances will clients be allowed to attend classes if they are unwell, experiencing a fever, respiratory or flu like symptoms. We take the health and safety of our staff and other members very seriously.
Please make use of the hand sanitiser upon entry and before exiting the studio. It is each client’s responsibility to thoroughly clean their mat, Reformer and equipment after each use, using the spray and wipes provided.
Always inform your instructor and management if you are pre/post natal or if you have any injuries or pre-existing medical conditions.
For pre/postnatal women, please check in with your doctor prior to commencing exercise.
Client liability waiver form must be completed and agreed to prior to commencing class, on your first visit with us we will give you a short form to fill out on the Ipad which will ask for key details regarding injuries etc (This is separate to the information you provide when creating your Mindbody account).
Please BYO sweat towel and water bottle to class.
For hygiene reasons, please wear grip socks to all Barre classes, available for purchase at the studio for $18. Normal socks may be worn for mat Pilates and Stretch classes. Clean joggers for TRX.
