how our bookings work

Class Timetable

Our classes are booked on a "first come first served" basis and bookings can be made through the Mindbody booking system linked into our website or using the Mindbody app. We allow clients to book in up to 30 days in advance, so we highly recommend booking ahead to secure a spot in your desired class, and if that class date and time is fully booked please add yourself to the waitlist to be notified when a spot becomes available.

Mat Pilates

Mat Pilates focuses on strengthening and conditioning the body through a series of controlled and precise movements performed on a mat. Derived from the principles of Joseph Pilates, this practice aims to improve flexibility, core strength, posture, and overall body awareness. Barre

At Fleur Wellbeing our Barre classes are dynamic, fun and challenging designed to reshape your body using a unique fusion of Pilates, Ballet and cardio exercises. Suitable for all levels including teens ages 16+ and no previous dance experience is necessary. Enjoy a full body work­out using the clas­sic Bal­let Barre that targets those dreaded prob­lem areas — legs, butt, thighs and arms.

Reformer Pilates

Reformer Pilates is a unique workout using the latest model of Pilates Reformers on the market, The Allegro 2 Reformers by Balanced Body. Reformer Pilates workouts are great for boosting your fitness and strength goals, keeping you strong throughout your pregnancy, and recovering post baby. Also Ideal for elite athletes and dancers. Our Reformer classes are grouped into different styles so that you can find the perfect one to suit you! 


NOTE: We have 6 x Reformers at our studio therefore bookings fill up fast. We highly recommend going on the waitlist for classes in the event that the class that you are trying to book is full - there is a high chance you will still get into the class.

Mums + Bubs

Our Mums & Bubs classes are a fantastic way for you to prioritise your postnatal recovery while bonding with your bub. These classes provide a supportive and inclusive environment the focus is on gentle exercises and movements that promote core strength, flexibility, and overall well-being for both mum and baby. The exercises often incorporate elements of stretching, breathing techniques, and relaxation to help mums regain their strength and restore balance.

Note: Bubs up to 1 year old are generally easiest to manage for Mums + Bubs classes, once they start to really be on the move it starts to get a little tricky! Please keep this in mind when coming along to class. We also have a playpen we can set up for those more mobile bubs.
Please let us know if you are expecting another Bub so we can make suitable modifications.

TRX

Strength + Flexibility + Cardio

TRX classes are an amazing strength / resistance workout using two adjustable cables in a full body workout. A functional and versatile workout that can be easily made more intense or less challenging by changing body position. Strengthen your core, gain greater flexibility and movement and also raise your heart rate with cardio intervals in this fun and challenging workout! Born in the Navy seals and now at Fleur Wellbeing for every fitness level!

Suitable at all stages of pregnancy

 

Private Pilates Lessons

Private sessions are a great way to achieve your goals and have your workout customised to suit your individual needs.
​Ideal for helping you rehabilitate an injury, improve your posture, gain a competitive edge as an athlete, or alleviate muscle imbalances and stress.

Bookings are essential due to limited availability - Please email enquiries@fleurwellbeing.com for Private sessions.
We recommend private sessions for clients with special considerations.
Private sessions can be 1:1 or 2:1.

BOOKING POLICY
Bookings will open up 30 days in advance from the current date. This means you can book in online via our booking system Mindbody 30 days ahead of time.

CANCELLATION POLICY
We kindly request that cancellations or rescheduling of classes be made more than 9 hours prior to the commencement of the class. While we understand that unforeseeable circumstances may arise, we strive to maintain consistency and fairness for all our clients. Failure to attend a booked class or cancellation within 9 hours of its commencement will result in forfeiture of that class (for casual visits, multi-class passes, or the 2 x group classes/Reformer p/w Membership). For those on an unlimited Membership, a fee of $15 will be charged.

WAITLISTS
If a class you are trying to book into is full, you may join the waitlist and as soon as someone cancels you will be automatically added to the class and notified via email. If you are on the waitlist and can no longer attend the class you must take yourself off the waitlist so that the next person may be added instead. 

CLASS CANCELLATION PROTOCOL
Group classes require a minimum of 3 people to go ahead and Reformer sessions require a minimum of 2 people. If by 2 hours before a class commences there are not enough people booked into the class, unfortunately we will have to then cancel that session. You will receive a text notification from your Instructor with as much notice as possible (approx 2 hrs prior) to let you know that your class has been cancelled. You might like to attend a different session that day instead so please check out our other class times and see if there is another class time that suits you. Please be assured that you will not be charged for your class that was cancelled, and we apologise for any inconvenience that class cancellations cause.

ETIQUETTE

  • As we are a small studio with limited spaces available per class, please be mindful that there is a maximum of 2 x classes per day policy. (This may be any 2 x classes)

  • Grip socks must be worn to all Barre and reformer classes, and socks must be worn to all other classes. We sell Grip socks at the studio for $18 per pair.

  • Clean joggers for TRX. No bare feet please for hygiene reasons. Please also bring your own water bottle for your workout. We have mats and all the equipment you will need.

  • Please aim to arrive about 5 minutes before your scheduled class time. Each session starts with a crucial warm-up to prime your body for the workout ahead and most importantly, to minimise the risk of injury. For safety reasons, clients arriving more than 10 minutes late may not be admitted to the class.

  • Please no talking during classes.

  • Please ensure to turn mobile phones on silent for the duration of class as it helps to create a calm space for everyone.

  • A minimum of 2 weeks notice must be given in writing to enquiries@fleurwellbeing.com to suspend or terminate your membership
