Our Prenatal classes offer an exceptional opportunity for expectant mothers to prioritise their wellbeing and prepare for their motherhood journey. We create a nurturing and inclusive atmosphere, emphasising safe, gentle exercises and movements that support core strength, flexibility, and overall health during pregnancy. The classes are structured to accommodate all stages of pregnancy, focusing on movements that enhance posture, reduce discomfort and improve circulation. Incorporating stretching, strengthening, and relaxation, our prenatal classes aim to empower expectant mothers with the strength and balance needed for a healthy pregnancy and delivery. We offer Prenatal specific classes and also welcome expectant mums to many of our regular group and reformer classes where appropriate adjustments are made to ensure you are feeling safe and supported every step of the way.

Foundations + Strength
Prenatal Reformer Pilates
Prenatal Reformer Pilates is a workout class for Mums to be that adapts to your changing body’s needs. It focuses on strengthening core muscles, enhancing flexibility, and preparing you for childbirth. The exercises are safe and effective, easing common pregnancy discomforts, and improving posture. You'll be supported by professional instructors and a community of fellow expectant mothers, helping you feel empowered and positively prepared for the journey ahead.
In addition to our specific Prenatal Reformer classes we also welcome Prenatal clients to our Reformer FLOW classes where appropriate modifications will be made.
MOBILITY + STABILITY
Prenatal Mat Pilates
Our Prenatal Mat Pilates class is designed to promote relaxation and gentle movement during pregnancy. It helps boost energy, flexibility, and build strength in a safe and effective way, offering a secure space for you and your baby to connect and bond. Each exercise is carefully chosen to support your changing body and help prepare you for childbirth and beyond. Join us for a workout that leaves you feeling revitalised, strong and ready to embrace motherhood.
In addition to our specific Prenatal Mat Pilates classes we also welcome Prenatal clients to our Mat Pilates FLOW and Mat Pilates HIIT classes where appropriate modifications will be made.
Full-body Functional movement
Prenatal Friendly TRX
Our Prenatal Friendly TRX classes are a full-body functional movement workout that are wonderful for expectant mothers. This class uses adjustable straps with handles to support your body as it changes throughout pregnancy and the intensity of each exercise can easily be adjusted simply by modifying your body’s angle. The adaptable workout can be modified to match your stage of pregnancy and fitness level so you can move at your own pace. Join us to feel empowered, supported, and strong as you prepare for the arrival of your baby.
MOBILITY + STABILITY
Prenatal Friendly Barre
Our Prenatal Friendly Barre SCULPT + HIIT classes are a safe and effective blend of Pilates, cardio and “ballet inspired” movements that are perfect for Mums to be, ensuring that they feel strong and flexible throughout their pregnancy.
The class focuses on strength, flexibility, cardio endurance and balance while keeping the safety of you and your baby in mind. Each workout is thoughtfully structured to suit your needs in every stage of your pregnancy and we invite you to move at your own pace.

Please keep in mind.
We have a 9 hour cancellation policy in place for all classes. It is each client’s responsibility to login to their Mindbody account and cancel their booking if they no longer can attend their booking. Failure to cancel a booking outside of the 9 hour window will incur a loss of session or $15 late cancellation fee. No shows will also incur the same penalty. We often have people on the waitlist for classes and cancelling with plenty of notice then allows for someone else to utilise the available spot in the class.
All classes are 45-50 mins long.
Our GROUP CLASSES INCLUDE: Mat Pilates SCULPT + HIIT + FLOW, Barre HIIT + SCULPT, Stretch + Release, Prenatal Mat Pilates, Mums + Bubs classes , TRX (Anything but Reformer)
Our REFORMER PILATES classes have a maximum capacity of 6 people per class and are therefore priced differently to our "group classes".
Our casual visits, 5 visit, 10 visit and 20 visit passes do not have an expiry date.
Classes, fees, instructors, terms and conditions are subject to change. We will always give you as much notice as possible.
Please aim to arrive about 5 minutes before your scheduled class time. Each session starts with a crucial warm-up to prime your body for the workout ahead and most importantly, to minimise the risk of injury. For safety reasons, clients arriving more than 10 minutes late may not be admitted to the class.
Help us to create a calm and relaxing environment by switching your mobile phone to silent for the duration of class.
Please minimise talking during classes.
HEALTH + SAFETY IS IMPORTANT TO US
Under no circumstances will clients be allowed to attend classes if they are unwell, experiencing a fever, respiratory or flu like symptoms. We take the health and safety of our staff and other members very seriously.
Please make use of the hand sanitiser upon entry and before exiting the studio. It is each client’s responsibility to thoroughly clean their mat, Reformer and equipment after each use, using the spray and wipes provided.
Always inform your instructor and management if you are pre/post natal or if you have any injuries or pre-existing medical conditions.
For pre/postnatal women, please check in with your doctor prior to commencing exercise.
Client liability waiver form must be completed and agreed to prior to commencing class, on your first visit with us we will give you a short form to fill out on the Ipad which will ask for key details regarding injuries etc (This is separate to the information you provide when creating your Mindbody account).
Please BYO sweat towel and water bottle to class.
For hygiene reasons, please wear grip socks to all Barre classes, available for purchase at the studio for $18. Normal socks may be worn for mat Pilates and Stretch classes. Clean joggers for TRX.
