We find ourselves in a new time, where many people are now working from home and our daily lives have changed significantly. While we are no longer in the midst of the COVID-19 pandemic, some things have shifted permanently, and we have learned the importance of focusing on our mental and physical health and well-being. At Fleur Wellbeing, our mission has always been to positively impact the lives of our community through health and fitness, and we are grateful to continue doing so through our Online Class offerings. Benefits of Working Out at Home

Our online classes offer you the freedom to choose when to do a class that fits your own schedule. With varying lengths and focuses, you can tune in to what your body needs on any given day. Additionally, we are flexible with props, so if you don't have certain equipment, you can easily use household items as substitutes. It's an opportunity to get creative and make the most of your workout.

How to Stay Motivated

Schedule it in - Plan out your day and make time for yourself to reset. It doesn't matter whether you prefer working out first thing in the morning, during your lunch break, or at the end of a busy day. Find a time that suits you and remember that any form of movement, no matter how short, can make you feel better and benefit your overall health.

Create Your Workout Space - Dedicate an area in your home as your workout space. It could be a spare room or even a small corner where you keep your mat and props ready for use. Make it easily accessible so that you feel motivated to move whenever you're ready.

Share and Connect - We love staying connected with our clients and community. Share your workout experiences with us on social media, tag us, and inspire others to take time out for themselves too. Happiness and health are contagious, so let's spread the love together.

Online Classes for Everyone

Our guided online classes offer a fun and inspiring workout from the comfort of your own home. With a library of classes added regularly, you can revisit your favourites and try out new ones. Many of the online classes are also suitable for prenatal and moms + bubs.

How to Sign Up

To sign up for our online classes, visit our Mindbody Booking system on your laptop or via the full website version. Create a Mindbody account if you don't already have one. Then, click on "Online Store" and "Online Membership" to set up your weekly direct debit. You can choose the start date, and payments will come out on the same day each week.

For the best experience, we recommend using Google Chrome for your website browser. Ensure your pop-up window blocker is disabled. Videos tend to work better on computers or iPads rather than phones.
